Note: Account creation begins only after successful payment confirmation. If your payment fails or is pending, account creation will be delayed until payment is successfully processed.
Onboarding Process
After your account is created, a dedicated customer representative will connect with you to guide you through the onboarding process. Our onboarding team will:
- Provide you with access credentials and login information
- Schedule a personalized onboarding session to familiarize you with the platform
- Assist you in setting up your school profile and initial configurations
- Answer any questions you may have about using Olearno
- Help you get started with creating your first assessments

- All features included in your subscription plan
